Important — Age Verification

2. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active pivip account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under a different name or through a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where pivip identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first-registered account will be closed, bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited and winnings may be voided. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged should contact support immediately.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password with any third party. pivip will never contact you by phone, email or chat to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pivip support immediately. pivip will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to adequately protect their login details.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and update it promptly if any details change.
- pivip reserves the right to carry out KYC verification checks at any stage and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
- Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. Players will be notified before any action is taken on a dormant account.
- pivip may close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other breach of these Terms.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods
pivip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and maximum daily deposit limits are displayed within the account cashier at the time of deposit. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. pivip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in the same name as the pivip account.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for card-based methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pivip may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the pivip compliance team. The Company reserves the right to request proof of the withdrawal destination account before processing.
Currency and Transaction Fees
All transactions on the pivip platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). pivip does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may apply their own fees or charges, for which pivip accepts no responsibility. In the event of a currency conversion (for example, if you deposit via a card issued in a foreign currency), the conversion rate applied will be that of your card issuer at the time of the transaction. pivip will not compensate for any exchange rate differences.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pivip are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this general clause, the specific terms of the individual offer shall prevail. pivip reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to a pivip account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, only bets placed on eligible game categories contribute toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed on games with an RTP above a stated threshold, or on games excluded from the promotion, may not contribute or may contribute at a reduced rate. pivip reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been legitimately completed.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players who are found to have violated this clause will not be entitled to any refund of deposited funds where those funds were used in furtherance of the prohibited activity. pivip cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to illegal activity on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property
All content on the pivip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of pivip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or in any way exploit any content from the pivip platform without the prior written consent of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pivip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings or any other financial loss. pivip's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pivip's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
pivip reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update clearly indicated at the top. Severability and Entire Agreement
